Negroni is the perfect balance of bitter, sweet, fruity and citrus flavor. Born out of a mistake, the Negroni was created in 1919 at Bar Casoni in Firenze, Italy. A local Count, Camillo Negroni, asked for an extra kick to his Americano, substituting the soda for gin.
